Sub-Cluster Training
Details

Respected teachers working in primary schools face various difficulties in establishing their professional knowledge, professional practice and professional values ​​and relationships. That is why they are provided sub-cluster training. At Upazila Resource Centre, under the guidance of the instructor, a leaflet was prepared to solve various problems according to the training needs of the teachers on priority basis. Assistant Upazila Education Officers provide training to all teachers on the basis of leaflet prepared on sub-cluster basis. Sub-cluster training is done 4 times a year. Instructors and assistant instructors of the Upazila Resource Centre inspect 3 sub-cluster trainings each time and give results.
